Katie Miller is the founding consultant of Michigan Maven Creative Associates and cohost & producer of the There’s No Business Like…Podcast. Katie graduated from St. Norbert College with a BA in Political Science, Communications, and Theater Studies, and has been engaged in the Michigan performing arts community for more than 20 years. Katie has served as President and board member of the Michigan Presenters Network since 2017, and as Sr. Manager of Community Engagement at the Midland Center for the Arts, Artist Relations Manager at Interlochen Center for the Arts, and the Executive Director of the Playhouse at White Lake in an arts admin career spanning 15 years. She is a theater-maker and passionate advocate for arts education, accessibility, inclusion, and TYA and family programming in our sector.

Kevin L. Maynard is the Executive Director of Opening Nights and a passionate advocate for the arts with more than 10 years’ experience in arts management and philanthropy. He believes the arts are essential to a healthy community--driving tourism, the economy and improving our quality of life. Prior to joining FSU, Maynard was the Executive Director of Quad City Arts in Rock Island, Illinois, and Executive Director of The Orpheum Theatre in Galesburg, Illinois where he led a successful community campaign to renovate the 100-year-old theatre. Maynard holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from Western Illinois University. Maynard also serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Presenters Network.
